HOW TO PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS ON JOB BOARDS

Have you ever looked for a JOB before online and browse one of those big employment type sites? Well guess what, you CAN promote from the Business/Sales aspect MCA aspect on some of them.

Now be  Mindful, this may NOT be cheap and it maybe difficult to post a opportunity on there. It need to be explicitly stated that this is COMMISSION ONLY not to mention the ad should provide contact information. Keep in mind Job boards are visited by people looking for a "traditional  job". It may be effective to focus more on the SALES aspect if attempting to post a job listing. Also, you may need to contact the site directly to look into getting an account manager. Be warned, you may need to put a considerable payment upfront.Check the fine print to ensure that you can post such a opportunity. Many sites do not allow certain ''work from home'' and ''virtual'' type jobs. ( some sites may actually have a ''work from home'' category.)

some popular sites you can post on are:
  • CareerBuilder
  • Monster
  • Indeed
Just remember it may take some tweaking to get these advertised and you should make your ads very generic. This is NOT the time to flash money and overly boast MCA. It should provide details about the company , and Indicate the need for "Commission Based Referral Agents" or a similar term. Remember, since this is a job site, be expected to receive resumes as a result....May be very helpful for you as you can Gage individual skillsets  prior to having them on your team. Remember , its not a requirement for someone to Pay to join MCA, so keep that in mind when building your ad well as following up with leads.
